Refund Policy

Any products that are delivered to the customer in unsatisfactory condition should be reported by using this quality control form - https://forms.gle/CuyHN6hgq7CC5H2v8 . Our staff will will then refund the cost of the product(s) onto your Food Hub account in the form of a credit. This credit will be automatically applied towards your next order after the order cycle has closed, just before you are charged for any new items. Please email Monica office@pancapebretonfoodhub.ca if you prefer to have the product(s) refunded directly to your credit card.

All orders submitted must be paid for; refunds are not available if you forget an item at the pick-up site, or forget to get your order entirely. If orders are not picked up by the specified time they will be donated to a local food bank, soup kitchen or to volunteers.
