Refund Policy

Any products that are delivered to the customer in unsatisfactory condition should be reported by using this quality control form - . Our staff will then refund the cost of the product(s) onto your Food Hub account in the form of a credit. This credit will be automatically applied towards your next order after the order cycle has closed, just before you are charged for any new items. Please email if you prefer to have the product(s) refunded directly to your credit card.

All orders submitted must be paid for; refunds are not available if you forget an item at the pick-up site, or forget to get your order entirely. If orders are not picked up by the specified time they will be donated to a local food bank, soup kitchen or to volunteers.
