Roots and Bulbs is a small scale NCO market garden producing on just over a 1/3 of an acre of permanent raised beds. We only purchasing non GMO seed stock with a focus on heirloom and heritage varieties. We also offer fresh gourmet mushrooms and restaurant quality micro greens year round.

Roots and Bulbs Farm is a NCO no dig farm which top dresses our beds each year with compost/organic amendments as well as grow out cover crops in the spring and fall. Our goal is to not disturb the layers of biology in the soil but help them grow. We make liquid inputs from natural products grown or harvested on our property following the philosophies of JADAM and Korean Natural Farming.
