Patchwood Farm is a small, off-grid farm located in Piper’s Glen in beautiful Unama’ki - Cape Breton. We use the principles of organic agriculture and permaculture to produce delicious, nutritious vegetables and herbs, as well as cut flowers. We love the experience of eating directly from the gardens – and we love being able to share this experience with our community.
