We fish our lobster out of beautiful Main-a-Dieu harbour in Main-a-Dieu Cape Breton, this dip is Resturant quality every pound of dip has the tail, claw & knuckle meat equivalent to one market lobster in it. We make it in small batches to maintain the quality & is one of our families favourite ways to share the results of our hard work with our friends & loved ones especially when it is out of season. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do as there is a lot of love & care goes into making it. It is the highlight of many of our get togethers .
